🧻 Toiletchamp x Longpaper
Need to jazz up your luggage? You’re in luck! Toiletpaper mag have just collaborated with Longchamp, updating their sleek, understated bags with loud and absurd designs. Our favourite is this horse-in-the-clouds-having-fun one. It’s horse girl summer, didn’t you know?
🕸️ washed out worlds by Will
Yes we will be following Antonia Marsh’s lead and travelling to NYC to get inked by cult airbrush artist Will Sheldon, thanks for asking. Including motifs like ‘washed out worlds of galleons in stormy seas’ and ‘undulating, distorted, little places only witches could live’, we’re obsessed. Allan Gardner recently noted that ‘a London gallerist said that having a Will Sheldon tattoo was almost a rite of passage for a certain type of person in the NYC art world…’ Get in line!
👢 fercury-core
In case you have been living under a rock, we are here to let you know that the estate of Queen singer Freddie Mercury is hitting the auction block at Sotheby’s in London this September. We have our eyes on many of the opulent lots. Particularly this imitation gold and jewel encrusted crown, which we will be wearing to our own ‘silly hat party’ like the one described on the performer’s 40th birthday party invitation, also hitting the block… xo
🩰 strange angel music
Low key attended by glitterati, Daughter Mary’s movement workshops are the hottest ticket in town, and you heard it here first. These relaxed sessions are ‘for anyone who has an interest in the balletic art form, but maybe has never had access to it or found the right environment to play around in’. Based in community spaces in South East, and led by multi-hyphenate artist Bianca Scout, the two hour evening sessions are free with a suggested donation to cover costs. Spaces booked via daughter.mary.info@gmail.com x

💦 Overwhelm press
Highly anticipated debut poetry collection ‘Vers Aloe’ by Deming Huang hits the shelves this September with a launch party at Donlon books (details to be announced) and we can’t wait! Including cruising epics, ‘Sauna Sonnets’, queer legacy ghost hunting, ministerial porn habits, and a dust jacket that unfurls into a poster… we’re hot just thinking about it.
🍸 …it’s a mood
In case you hadn’t heard, vermouth and tonic is the drink of the summer. Crisp, sherbet-y and so so delicious, it’s the perfect post-swim-pre-dinner aperitif. Wemod is produced in the countryside just outside of Edinburgh and made with herbs foraged from the Estate… this season’s drinks cabinet must have x
🖤 tugging on our Heart Bags
September is just two weeks away, which means a new bag to mark the new term is a must. We have our eyes on these handmade limited edition Camilla Albertine numbers in tonal silk faille and Duchesse satin. Totally impractical, totally slay x
